- Carey L. Strome (left) completed a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy at Oregon Agricultural College. In addition to working for the US Department of Agriculture he was also mayor of Junction City, Oregon. Arthur (Art) S. King (right) was an OSU Extension soils specialist from 1929-1972.
