- A concrete relief sculpture of an oak leaf set into a rectangular setting that is surrouned on four corners by what appears to be some sort of seashell relief. - I walked the PERS site recently; it was after the leaves had fallen. Through tree and leaf identification, I noted a number of native trees: Douglas fir, Oregon white oak, alder and bigleaf maple. These serve as inspirations for this proposal. (Storrs, 1995)
