- Description
- Robert W. Henderson was Assistant Director of the OSU Agricultural Experiment Station and a Farm Crops faculty member from 1946-1976. Warren E. Kronstad (second from left) was a faculty member in the Crop and Soil Science department from 1959-1998. He lead the Wheat Breeding Project, which created new varieties of wheat. Thomas L. Jackson (second from right) was an Extension Soil Science specialist from 1952-1983. Norman E. Borlaug (right) was a wheat researcher and won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1970.
