- 1 p. A photocopy of a memorandum to University of Oregon President Robert D. Clark from Professor Gerald K. Bogen, dated January 18, 1970 and typed on UO Office of the President letterhead. In this memo Bogen is expressing his opinion that the "minority groups" on campus need to have "something to complain about" and offers an example of three students who have been complaining about "lack of service" in relation to funds the UO receives through their federal grants.
