This flyer was produced by the Eugene, Oregon community organization 'Citizens for Law and Decency' in response to the anti-war activism and draft resistance of students at the University of Oregon in April of 1970. The flyer was received by the campus News Bureau on 4/24/1970. It threatens to try and violently punish 'nonregistered activists' who are convicted in a people's court.
