- Hand tinted image. Four Chinese men standing on a dirt road wear handcuffs and a cangue around their necks. On the cangues are paper with Chinese characters on the surface. The men are dressed in long-sleeved tops, pants, and shoes. Apoliceman of Indian nationality man dressed in a turban and uniform stands behind the prisoners. Visible in the background are large buildings, trees, utility poles, pedestrians, and a sidewalk.
