- Black and white image. Eight boys from the Latham School at recess, posing in a tree-filled landscape, holding baseball mitts and baseball bats. All the boys wear hats, long-sleeved button-up shirts, and boots. Five boys are dressed in overalls, one in suspenders attached to trousers, and another in a button-up sweater. All the boys wear a baseball mitt on their right hand, except for one who holds a ball. A boy in the foreground holds a wooden baseball bat.
