- Black and white image. A view of a classroom interior, identified as the Le Bleu school, with students and a male teacher working through a lesson. Two boys stand, solving a math problem on a blackboard. Erasers sit on the wooden ledge of the blackboard. The boy on the left of the image is dressed in suspenders, long sleeved shirt, trousers, and boots. The teacher has a thick mustache and sits at a wooden desk. He is dressed in a suit and necktie. On the surface of the desk are books and a bell with a handle. Students are seated in bench-style desks and hold an open book in their hands. Also visible in the image is a wooden floor, paper, and two pictures that hang on the wall.
