Built circa 1860s. This was a commercial building, which housed a number of businesses over the years including the Echo News, it may have been moved from Umatilla City in 1880s. It is now an apartment building. This image was included in the documentation to support a nomination to the National Register of Historic Places, a program of the National Park Service.
