- In 1961, the University of Oregon Cooperative Store Annex (Co-Op Annex) opened at the site of the demolished College Side Inn. The Annex complemented the Co-Op store in Chapman Hall. In 1965 the Annex was expanded to become the University of Oregon Bookstore / The Duck Shop, which opened in March, 1966. The building has been subsequently remodeled and renovated.
