The proposed school building was planned to be 113 feet long and 5.6 feet wide, providing six classrooms, a library, a domestic science room, and an asembly hall. The school's proposed cost was $16,500, and it was to be sited on six acres near the business district of Sheridan. A gymnasium which would also house vocational training was proposed to be located in the rear of the school building.
