The "half round" in the perfect marriage of the straight line and the curved line. The "half round" has a diametricality that continues to stimulate me - that between the "earthy bowl shape" and the "heavenly moon shape". Contrasts and tension are created with metallic/earth forms and colors. (Baker, 1995)
