- A tall glass rectangular shaped sculpture with a round five layered platform sitting on a black box. The majority of the sculpture is in various shades of blue, depending on where the sculpture curves in and out. The top of the scuplture has a few pieces painted in yellow, brown and red. Narrow Blue; '97 The Oregon Arts Commission has ten Regional Arts Councils that provide delivery of art services and information. The Council for this location is: Linn-Benton Arts.
