- A coastal scene that depicts a view of a clustering of buildings at the shoreline from a vantage point behind an outcropping of rocks, some distance down the shore. The surface of the water separates the rocks from the settlement, and the sky above is blue with some suggestion of clouds. This is one of two views of this artwork. Variations between duplicate images relate directly to original source materials. The Oregon Arts Commission has ten Regional Arts Councils that provide delivery of art services and information.
