- A vertical, yellow line divides this piece in half, and vertical lines in pink, white, and green are mirrored around the axis of the yellow line. Three overlapping trapezoidal shapes emerge from the vertical lines. Color Modification; Glen Alps; State Capitol Glen Alps was born in Loveland, Colorado in 1914. He died in Seattle, Washington in 1996. The Oregon Arts Commission has ten Regional Arts Councils that provide delivery of art services and information.
