- This artwork was awarded to the Oregon Department of Human Services Building (DHS) in 1992. In March of 2007, DHS was renamed in honor of former Oregon Governor Barbara Roberts, who began her public service as a legislative advocate for children with disabilities, fighting for the educational rights of an autistic son.
