- View of six panels, in black and gray with police officer names and quotes sandblasted into them. The three left panels have lists of names on them, with a red rose laying down on a ledge in front of the names. The two right panels present the phrase "In the Defense of Liberty Equality Justice" sandblasted in white. Flowing across the top of all six panels is the phrase, "With the rededication of the living to the principles which guided these dead, we give meaning to their sacrifice," sandblasted in black. The Oregon Arts Commission has ten Regional Arts Councils that provide delivery of art services and information. The Council for this location is: Mid-Valley Arts.
