Description
A bright, ceramic-tile mural that depicts scenes at a swimming pool. On the left side, three forms stand on a diving board, each with one leg raised and extended. Toward the middle of the piece, one form appears to hover above the water with bent limbs while another extends toward the water from a second diving board. On the right, yet another form approaches the water, head first. George Johansen; Divers; 1992; ceramic tile; Dixon Aquatic Center-OSU; 48 x 144 inches George Johanson attended and taught at the Museum Art School in Portland, Oregon.
