Description
Unfortunately, we currently do not have an image of this artwork. The Oregon State University Valley Library, building site for the piece, offers a website where it can be viewed, along with Grumm's artist statement: http://osulibrary.orst.edu/libraries_and_collection The painting presents three distinct sections. The top layer consists of a textured red, the middle layer contains what appears to be power lines against a stormy sky, and the bottom layer contains repeated red forms that resemble a portly, genderless human with it's arms and legs outstretched over a neutral background. In the foreground, intersecting all three sections stands a water tower. The Oregon Arts Commission has ten Regional Arts Councils that provide delivery of art services and information. The Council for this location is: Linn-Benton Arts. You may view their website at: http://www.artcentric.org/
