- Fabrication, installation and conservation statement for the works Prince Hill Series #1 and Prince Hill Series #3 Humberto Gonzalez lives and paints near his favorite viewpoints of the Willamette Valley. Born in Tamaulipas, Mexico, his family later immigrated to Texas. Gonzales received an MA in secondary education in 1968. In 1971 he moved to Oregon to accept a teaching position at Lebanon Union High School where he taught Spanish, painting, and drawing until his retirement. The Oregon Arts Commission has ten Regional Arts Councils that provide delivery of art services and information. The Council for this location is Oregon Coast Council for the Arts.
