- This book was designed and produced by Bonnie Thompson Norman at The Windowpane Press. It was printed letterpress on a Vandercook SP15 from photoengraved plates. The hand-sewn design is based on palm leaf books found in Central and Southern Asia which date from ca. 450 A.D.
