The silkscreened images of the stamps feature typical landscapes of Oregon, except these have been marred by environmental destruction. Issued in waxed paper postage stamp envelope that has "Collect U.S. postage stamps, they're fun, they're history, they're America" printed on it. Contains one actual postage stamp. Signed by the artist; Submitted to fulfill requirement of the University of Oregon, Dept. of Fine and Applied Arts, Artists' Books course, 1999
