Now called the Hood River Hotel, the hostelry was called Hotel Waucoma in 1910 when picture was made. The architect was C.J. Crandall, The Dalles. In 1910 the building was remodeled and the name changed to the Hotel Oregon. The columned overhang and roof garden was real class for Hood River in 1910. Verandas were removed in 1911 when the sidewalks were installed. The building is still in existence in Hood River.
