- An encampment of two tipis on the Umatilla Indian Reservation. The landscape is grassy and hilly and the encampment is situated next to s stream.

- An outside photograph of two different kinds of tipis next to a creek. The two tipis are on the left side of the photograph. The one in front is canvas with the door facing the camera. The second one is a long tent Tule mat tipi and there is a ladder on the end of the tipi. The Tule mat tipi is four layers high. In front of the canvas tipi behind some of the brush is an unidentified object that is covered with a blanket. On the right side of the photograph is a creek running towards the camera, which is Buckaroo creek. The ridge on the right side is unidentified. In the background is Kanine ridge and the ridge behind the tipis Telephone ridge.
