An outside photograph of three men dressed in suits. Behind them is a Tule Mat tipi. There are two unidentified men standing next to another man sitting between them. The man sitting in between the two men standing has been identified as Charles Whirlwind Jr. He is wrapped in a wool blanket. Behind them is a Tule mat tipi. There are four layers that can be seen.
