Description
Native American man working at a belt driven loom. The man is wearing earrings and a necklace that has many strands. He is not wearing a shirt. Behind him on the wall is a blanket with wide stripes. The stripes are made up of geometric patterns. The blanket on the loom is also made up of strips with geometric patterns.
Tribal Notes
An interior photograph of a tribal man identified as Ed Chapman who is dressed in regalia, standing in between two looms that are weaving Pendleton Blankets. The machine to the left of the man is being run on a belt. In the background on the wall are three Pendleton Blankets. The middle blanket is smaller than the two on the outside. It may be a Saddle Blanket.
