- Petticoat of ivory cotton with two layers of flounces from knee-length to hem; outermost flounce of ivory batiste with alternating bands of floral lace and 7" ruffle at hem; middle flounce of mint green silk taffeta with ruffle at hem with triangular scalloped hem; middle flounce is detachable by concealed buttons encircling the top; underskirt of ivory cotton with three layers of 7" ruffles at hem, outer two are trimmed in scalloped lace.
