- Dress of warm wine red silk brocade in a rose floral design; boned bodice has high round neckline; concealed hook and eye front closing finished with small button trim; dropped shoulders with long, set-in sleeves with ruffle arm band at upper arm; sleeves are full from arm band to cuff; cuffs have hook and eye closures; skirt is pleated into piped, pointed waistband; full-length, A-line skirt; pocket concealed at right side-front seam; bodice is backed in brown cotton and skirt is backed in waxed linen.
