- Wedding dress of ivory silk satin: a) Bodice has low square neckline edged with shirred self-trim; below-elbow length sleeves finished with shirred cuffs; tassels attached to points of hip length bodice; center-front features self-covered round button closure; fitted through the bust and torso with princess seams; backed in ivory cotton; boning; inner waistband belt with hook and eye closure. b) Skirt is gored and is pleated for fullness at back; full-length with long train; hem is trimmed in off-white pleated silk with braided center of dark ivory silk; backed in waxed cotton.
