Edwardian style tea dress or day dress.Made with cotton batiste and silk on the inside bodice; lace on the neck and sleeves.Dress includes factory and hand stitching indicating it was bought from a store and then worked on by hand. White thread and equal stitching on the inside of the dress indicates that there was a possible addition on the inside of the dress that was removed.Dress includes small train, high neck of lace, double sleeves with part batiste part lace, slim hip silhouette and less boning, placing it in the later half of the decade (c. 1906-1908)
