- Dress of mint green gazar with ecru lace and black velour ribbon and stitch accents; bodice has a high band collar of fine knit lace trimmed at the top with black velvet pipe; yoke is of five bands of green bazar with black open stitch in between; two fans of lace panels over bust with black laces up the center; elbow-length sleeves of same bands with black stitch and long trim of lace; pointed waist and yoke; black velour ribbon band at waist with bow and ties at back; skirt is slim through the hips and full-length; skirt has facing pleats at front; tucked flounces below knee; lace accents of fan shapes around lower skirt; black velour covered button accents throughout; center-back hook and eye closures.
