- Dress of blue silk taffeta: a) Bodice has low square neckline with blue and green pleated ruffles stitched in center with unfinished zig-zag trim; short puffed sleeves; high waist; fitted with seams; laced clothing in back; boned; lined in white cambric. b) Skirt has 1" waistband; gathered in back; added panel at back for length is trimmed at the seam with a navy and ecru knit pipe; lined in blue cambric; hook and eye closures at back.
