- a) Jacket of black silk taffeta with overlay of braided tape lace in a floral loop design; tape lace is attached at seams; crescent front opening with no closures; long sleeves; dipped hem hits almost to back of knees; braided trim extends beyond taffeta. b) Skirt of black taffeta with three tiered ruffles at hem; gored; 3/4" waistband; full-length; hook and eye closures at back.
