- a) Jacket of black wool with notched collar; false pocket lapel at right hip; button closure at front; cut-away crescent opening at lower part; slit at center-back; long sleeves with two button closure; two inner slit pockets; lined in black sateen and sleeves lined in ivory and blue striped sateen. b) Vest of black wool with black satin back; small notched collar; four welt pockets; ten button closure; attached belt with buckle at back; inner pocket; lined in ivory polka-dot and pinstriped sateen.
