- Dress of blues and soft white pinstripe silk with white embroidered rounds and blue silk circles; high band collar and center-front of fine crocheted lace; panels from sides are trimmed in aqua silk and applied braided cord; bloused bodice is gathered into wide waistband of self-silk; sleeves are trimmed at the upper arm with pale aqua velvet and applied lace sleeve extends to elbow length and is trimmed in embroidered lace; skirt is slim through the hips and is ankle length; flounce below knee is trimmed in aqua silk and braided cord; same trim above hem; hook and eye closures at back; lined in pale aqua taffeta with pleated ruffle at hem.
