- Dress of ivory wool flannel with lace accents: Bodice has high, round neckline with band collar that has a high lace band overlay; yoke is shirred and trimmed in lace bands and lace flounces; flower accents of wool at front and back; bodice is gathered at front and back; long sleeves are wide in the shoulder and elbow with shirred bands releasing fullness; extra long sleeves are accented with long lace flounce; belt of wool at waist with a mother-of-pearl circular buckle. b) Skirt is floor length with slight train; tucked bands at hem and mid-length; applied lace band at knee-length; flared silhouette; gathered in back with shirring; hook and eye closure at back. c) Belt of wool with circle buckle and concealed hook and eye closure. d) Lace band to go over collar.
