- "Informal 'ground' instruction is being given here to three advanced Civilian Aeronautics Authority students by instructor Ralph Roman. (right) The students, members of a class of 29, are, from left, Otto Hartwig, Portland Robert A. Allen, Chiloquin and G.K. Gefferies, Paisley. Good news for them is that the C.A.A. advanced program will be taught again at Albany under the supervision of O.S.C. coordinators. Airplane - 1941 Waco UPF-7."
