- Dress of black silk taffeta faille with wide scoop neckline and bracelet-length raglan sleeves; dress has embellished band of black velvet at the empire waist with a pointed center-front and ribbon bow tie at the center-back; flowers of cream sequins, black lined bugle beads, pearls, and rhinestones embellish the black velvet band; dress is fitted to the natural waist below the embellishment; bodice has 2 reverse pleats below the bust that tuck into the waistband, and a deep open vent in back; A-line skirt is pleated into the natural waistline except at a narrow center-front section; lower mid-length; zip-back closure; hourglass silhouette.
