- a) Dress of black faille with 1 ½? straps of black moiré ribbon; empire waistline; skirt falls to knee-length; pull-over. b) Top of black faille with angled release tucks in front of shoulders and releasing toward bust; short puffy sleeves gathered at shoulder; diamond neckline; hits at high waist. c) Skirt of black faille is full-length with slight A-line; 6 panel construction; waist darts; no waistband; side snap and hook and eye closure.
