- Jacket of woven rust, dark green, golden tan, and off-white wool tweed with yoke and wide pointed collar of brown Ultrasuede; two patch pockets with lapels at bust of brown suede; brown suede buttons down front; hits at high hips; long sleeves with cuffs that snap closed; snap is concealed under a brown suede accent buttons; yoke area of suede curves under arms and wraps around back; jacket is lined in a white lightweight crepe.

- This jacket was sewn by Pati Palmer while running the Meier & Frank sewing school from 1970 to 1976. It was from a Vogue pattern, not one of her own. The bound buttonholes are actually rectangles faced with bias silk organza with Ultra-suede fused underneath.
