3 p. Scott Wylie's 1989 project plans. Scott W. Wylie (born 1946) is a Springfield, Oregon, designer who specializes in functional art and landscape works. The Oregon Arts Commission has ten Regional Arts Councils that provide delivery of art services and information. The Council for this location is: Lane Arts. You may view their website at http://www.lanearts.org/ This project included the construction of a complex of four major science buildings: the construction of a new Museum of Natural History and two smaller architecture studio buildings to replace dislocated facilities, and a remodel of a former science building for Architecture and Allied Arts, which lost about 15,000 net square feet of programmatic space to construction of the new science buildings. The project was completed between 1989-1991.
