Cape of gold and silver brocade in a repeat pattern of flowers, leaves, and stylized design; neckline and opening is trimmed in braided metallic cord accented with sequins; two medallions at neckline with hook closure have pearl cabochons and a cut metal clover at center; cape is seamed and shaped with darts to fit over the shoulders; cape is lined, backed in light teal cotton; single closure at round neckline; open front; full-length with train. Count of Monte Cristo style cape.
Cushion Cover of a section of an old solid embroidered panel in a mosaic pattern in soft blues, browns, tans, earth reds and yellow silk on linen ground; backed on silk; original satin lining can be glimpsed on the inside of the present lining.
Cushion Cover of deep red velvet center bordered on both sides with metallic embroidered white silk faille in baskets of dainty floral vines; designs on each side are alike but face opposite vertically; metallic threads are different widths and shapes to create an intricate design with beading; all edges are trimmed in metallic gold with scalloped edges; backed with iridescent rose, green taffeta; cushion is flat with no fill.
Cushion Cover of four diamond fragments of bright brown silk satin brocade in a floral design; hints of shades of blue, green, and rose are visible; includes flat metallic gold threads that are coating paper; the satin has a velvet texture; back cover is of hand-spun, hand-woven linen. From record: the addition of paper saves silk without losing the rich effect. The original brocade would have been suitable for Temple use. Maybe Kinran weave.

Cushion Cover of six strips of colored cotton and linen stitched together and backed on medium blue linen; each panel is heavily worked with intricate embroidery in spiny lines that create a diamond pattern; each diamond has a tiny floral wheel within and tiny dots; panels in black, red, yellow, blue, pink and brown, each with multi-colored embroidery; Cushions were placed on the floor and used for sitting or reclining.
Dragon Robe of blue silk with ecru, browns, and greens and metallic threads; Robe has a round neckline with a side wrap closure with button and loop closures; slit at center front and back for ease of horse travel; long sleeves with horse-hoof cuffs (Manchu tradition); lined in a soft blue silk.
