One-half length of a hand-woven scarf of multi-colored, horizontally striped silk; warp is magenta and forms a 5 1/2" fringe at the one end; main colors of fuchsia, blue, yellow, olive, cerise and black; stripes vary in width from pin stripe to 1" stripe.
Shawl (fragment) of mostly orange and reds with blues, grey, white, and black cashmere tapestry woven in a very detailed all-over design of diagonal floral vines (vines have the characteristic rigid-branch look) and paisley pattern; two corners have medallions of geometric floral patterns (one is mostly red, the other mostly off-white); one end has a stitched on border of floral, geometric pattern.
Child's Stomacher of off-white woven silk with multi-color silk cross stitch embroidery; edges bound in black satin; two black Chinese frogs at top for buttoning the stomacher to the garment beneath; rounded body with attached band panel with snap closure to go around waist; the design features 2 peacocks (representing good) perched on flowering branches with other geometrical and floral designs; Chinese character in center means good fortune; pocket on seam at center; backed on white cotton.
Shawl of turquoise, fine woven wool with all-over embroidery at ends and edging sides in cream colored silk; embroidery of floral and vine designs blocked in paisley-like bands; 1 3/4" band of embroidery trims along the edges; ends are fringed.
