Burial Cloth (part of three sections) of unboiled, woven ivory silk with satin stripes, horizontal and vertical, with laid-in woven bands of floral and bird motifs; colors of peach, purple, blue, green, red and orange vegetable dyed yarns with stripes of metallic threads on either side of the decorative bands; ends are finished with warp fringe.
Textile of bright purple cotton embossed in metallic gold in a bold floral pattern trimmed at ends in a geometric design; textile would be wrapped around the upper body and worn as a bodice by a Balinese dancer.
