"Judge" George G. Lovelee was a shipping clerk at the Lebanon Paper Mills for fifteen years. He served as county sealer of weights and measures for two years and for six years he was deputy county assessor. Lovelee was the justice of the peace in Lebanon for ten years, resulting in his becoming known as "Judge" Lovelee.
