Description
Kidder Hall was originally named “The Library”. After the new library opened in 1964, the old library building was renamed Kidder Hall after Ida Kidder, the college’s first professional librarian.

The building later became Kidder Hall. The trestle on the end of the building was used for moving into the new building. Library book trucks were used to help move.
