Photo was used in the 1948 Oregon Stater, page 11. Paul M. Dunn served as Dean of Forestry at Oregon State College from 1942 until 1955, when he joined the St. Regis Paper Company. Dunn was instrumental in obtaining the 6200-acre Adair Tract for teaching and research and it was subsequently named the Paul M. Dunn Research Forest in his honor. In 1952-53, Dunn assisted in establishing a school of forest engineering at the University of Chile.
E. B. Lemon received a business degree from Oregon Agricultural College in 1911, becoming a part-time accounting instructor until 1943. Lemon also held the office of University Registrar from 1922-1943 and was Dean of Administration from 1943-1959.

George W. Gleeson was a faculty member for the Engineering Department for 40 years, serving as the Head of the Chemical Engineering department and Dean of Engineering from 1944-1970. Gleeson received three degrees from Oregon State University.
Milosh Popovich was a faculty member for the Engineering department from 1941-1959. Popovich served as the Dean of the Engineering department from 1954-1959, then became Vice President of Oregon State University from 1959-1979.
