Giles French (second row, second from right) was editor and publisher of the Sherman County Journal.
Ava B. Milam Clark (left) came to OAC in 1911 and was appointed the Dean of the School of Home Economics in 1917, serving for 33 years. Robert W. MacVicar (center) was president of Oregon State University from 1970-1986.
The BSU President speaking here is believed to be Geoffrey Brooks.
