Calvin (center) was a Professor of Statistics and later Dean of the Graduate School from 1953-1988. Dr. Emery Neal Castle (right) was a Professor of Agricultural Economics from 1957-1976. He returned to OSU from 1986-1992 to serve as chair of the University Graduate Faculty of Economics. From 1992 to 1994, Castle chaired the Extended Education Transition Committee.
