Bruce Maxwell graduated with a Ph.D. in crop science and forest ecology in 1990 and presently serves as a professor of agroecology at Montana State University.
Kay Conrad became Associate Director of Admissions in 1978, later serving as Director from 1991-1997. Along with her husband, Alan Robinson, Conrad offers an annual scholarship to upperclassmen in the Nuclear Engineering and Radiation Health Physics department.
Jo Ann Leong was a faculty member in the Microbiology Department for over 25 years. In 1996, Leong became the Chairman of the Microbiology Department. Leong helped save Northwest steelhead trout and salmon through discovering a new viral genus and developing a DNA vaccine that would take advantage of a trout's natural resistance to diseases.
Sam Stern was the Dean of Education from 2002-2011. Stern taught courses in adult education and teacher preparation. Stern first came to OSU in 1981 and has since formed beneficial projects including the restoration of Education Hall.
Brett Lemhouse graduated in 1988 with a degree in veterinary medicine. His focuses include large animal medicine and surgery. Lemhouse presently works at the Del Oeste Equine Hospital in Eugene.
